Our dedicated team supports continuous operations and decades of compliance with nationwide service contracts, proactive monitoring, and a 24/7 call center.
Talk To An ExpertTrimark Operations Center (TOC) offers services to help you operate and manage your resources to avoid downtime and optimize revenue opportunities. That might mean 24/7 site monitoring, equipment maintenance or meter recertification. Or it could be applying data validation services to ensure accurate settlements and capitalize on incentive programs.
Trimark can monitor your resource’s controls, metering, RIG and/or telemetry to identify issues, then alert you to trouble. You gain time to file an exemption and correct the error which may help you avoid fines and expedite return to market participation.
Trimark’s Vantage SCADA is the only utility-scale solution that can be deployed in the cloud, a private cloud, and hybrid environments while maintaining full monitoring and operations capabilities.
Sites that fall below NERC’s medium impact requirements can utilize a hosted approach to SCADA. Trimark services include:
When trouble strikes, Trimark is there to help protect you from revenue or data loss and get back to business.
Preventative maintenance supports equipment uptime and helps avoid lost revenue and penalties. Our support contracts can be structured to include the following services as appropriate for your resource:
As a Meter Data Management Agent (MDMA), Trimark is authorized to collect, validate and report Settlement Quality Meter Data (SQMD) for resource owners, utilities, ISOs, and incentive programs.
Trimark reads meter data via MV-90 then applies standard Validation, Estimation, and Editing (VEE) protocols. Once validated, meter data is delivered for use in performance management, financial settlements (e.g. SCME), and compliance.
Trimark is authorized by the following organization:
We start by understanding our client’s needs. One way we do this is by creating a system block diagram to show Trimark’s equipment and scope. Our customers often rely on our diagrams to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Last summer when temperatures topped 117 degrees and power demand reached a record 52 GW, California faced a real threat of blackouts. Our team worked nights and weekends to commission SCADA to control two BESS resources that added 227 MW of critical reserves just in time to help avoid a crisis.
Trimark’s meters support billions of dollars in transactions and RECs. Accurate meter data also informs split-second control decisions required for a stable and reliable grid. Owners trust me to attest that their meter data is accurate; and that’s a job I take seriously.
Network resiliency is a really big deal for power resources. My Network Engineering team applies robust reliability measures to support security, redundancy, and remote access.
We help customers meet Utility and ISO control requirements. It’s exciting to bring equipment together to work as a cohesive, efficient system.
Who’s got your back when commissioning is complete?
Maintaining compliance, avoiding fines, and selling power requires a partner you can trust. At Trimark, “We’ll be there” is far more than our catch phrase. It’s a business philosophy that means we’ve got your back today and tomorrow.
Maintain compliance; security; and optimal performance for years of reliability.
Early warnings about RIG, Meter or ECN outages give you time to avoid penalties.
Comply with SCME audit and recertification requirements.
